Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins – (Play’n GO) Slot Review

Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins – Slot Overview

Play’n GO first tested fate back in 2014 with Lady of Fortune, later giving it a cosmetic facelift in Lady of Fortune Remastered. That remake retained most of the original’s mechanics—its distinctive pay system, pick-a-prize feature, and wild multipliers—but despite updated visuals, its flat gameplay and modest stats kept it from making a big impact. Still, it clearly struck a chord with enough players, as Play’n GO has returned to the crystal ball once more with Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins.

This latest version makes both visual and mechanical adjustments. The setting has been reworked—more candles, fewer skulls—and the Lady of Fortune now appears behind the reels, crystal ball in hand, her sharp green eyes fixed on the player as if reading their fate. As with Remastered, the presentation is far slicker than the 2014 original—exactly what you’d expect from a revival more than a decade later.

Played on a 5×3 grid, Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins stands out with a pay system that rewards wins left to right, right to left, and even from the middle—meaning combinations can start from the first, last, or second reel onwards. These multi-directional wins span 15 paylines. As before, volatility sits in the low–medium range, paired with a 96.2% max RTP. The betting range has been adjusted, now running from 15c to $/€60 per spin.

The eight paying symbols keep the mystical theme alive: a moon, goblet, scales, crown or dagger, eyeball ring, potion bottle, and ancient book. Each pays between 3.33x and 25x the bet for a five-of-a-kind line.

Features

Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins retains the Pick Prize and Wild Multipliers from its predecessor while introducing a brand-new Destiny Spins bonus round.

Pick Prize
Any non-winning spin can randomly trigger this feature, prompting players to choose a card to reveal an instant prize worth 5x, 10x, or 100x the bet.

Wild Multipliers
Wild symbols appear on the middle reel, substituting for all symbols except scatters. In the base game, wilds may carry multipliers of x2, x3, or x5, applied to any winning lines they help form.

Destiny Spins
Landing 3 scatter symbols in the base game awards 12 Destiny Spins. The round can be retriggered with another 3 scatters, granting +6 spins at a time, up to a maximum of 80 spins. During Destiny Spins, wild multipliers are enhanced to x2, x3, x4, x5, or x10.

Gamble Feature
After any win, players may choose to gamble their payout. Correctly guessing the colour of a face-down card doubles the win, while guessing the suit quadruples it. The gamble can be played up to five times or until reaching 165x the bet.

Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins – Slot Verdict

Lady of Fortune Remastered didn’t exactly make waves, and it’s hard to see Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins dramatically changing that. Play’n GO has added a free spins round to give the gameplay a clearer end goal beyond triggering the Pick Prize or landing a wild multiplier win, but the feature itself is underwhelming—essentially the base game with slightly better wild multipliers, increasing the max from x5 to x10. It’s an improvement, but hardly a game-changer, and the Pick Prize often feels more like an RTP drain than a meaningful bonus.

That said, the mystical setting and fortune-teller vibe may still appeal to players drawn to the original or Remastered versions, as well as those who enjoy a toned-down, esoteric theme. While the win potential has been nudged up to 1,950x the bet, it’s modest by modern standards, and the odds of hitting it don’t inspire confidence.

In short, Lady of Fortune Destiny Spins will likely satisfy existing fans with its free spins expansion, but players looking for deeper gameplay or bigger thrills may not feel compelled to sit down for a reading.
